1. Eligibility

Only properties located within the United Kingdom are eligible for listing. The property must be suitable for groups, and any hot tub, pool or other facility must be fully functional, well maintained and comply with all local health and safety regulations.

2. Property Listing and Description

Property owners are responsible for providing accurate and up-to-date descriptions of their cottages, including photos, amenities, and any relevant rules or restrictions. The information provided should not be misleading or deceptive in any way. "Lincolnshire Group Cottages" reserves the right to remove any listing found to contain false information.

Owners must ensure that their property is clean, safe, and fully operational for guest stays.

3. Safety and Maintenance of Hot Tubs and Pools

Where a property has a hot tub, it must be cleaned, sanitized, and properly maintained between guest stays. Owners must adhere to the manufacturer's recommendations for maintenance and usage, and ensure the hot tub is free of health hazards. A clear set of instructions for the safe use of the hot tub must be provided to guests.
