This is a beautifully decorated, spacious house in a good location that had all we needed. The host was very communicative and helped us to solve any issues and concerns that we had such as how to put the heating on. We would happily stay here again.

We stayed over the Christmas period, the house was perfect, the owners had made it very festive with the Christmas decorations and trees. The house and the garden is decorated and maintained to a very high standard with all the amenities you need. The house has a lot of character and was super clean, with great sized bedrooms. We had a little trouble controlling the heating system and at times the house was cold, informing the owners of this after we left, they had wished we had let them know, they would have shown us what we needed to do. This was more our fault as the owners had stressed that if we had any problems or needed help just to let them know. Overall our stay was very enjoyable and would highly recommend this house.

Just what we wanted spacious, attractive, easy walking distance to town centre and local pub. The dog loved the garden. The rest of us loved the Atari created quite a challenge for the high score glory! Clean house, comfy beds, well equipped kitchen although running out of some cutlery items. The location is ideal close enough to Boston town centre to enjoy the shops, restaurants, and attractions, yet peaceful enough to truly relax. We had a lovely holiday here in this beautiful house. Well decorated and comfortable, everything you need for a family holiday. The welcome pack was a lovely addition containing bread, milk, tea, sugar, wine, cake just to name a few things. The house was so clean and well kept and our 2 dogs enjoyed the garden. Beautiful spacious property with everything you could need and a large safe rear garden. Good off road parking. It is on a busy road so the front rooms can be noisy, though that did not spoil the stay for us in any way. Good pub with food a few minutes down the road and a cheaper but perfectly acceptable Brewers Fayre round the corner. Walkable distance into Boston and short drive to very good bird reserves. Excellent place to stay.

Gorgeous house! Really spacious, beautifully decorated and everything had been thought of! The only thing that would be beneficial would be a wardrobe in the back king room and some drawers in the front king room without en suite. But wasnt a big deal for us as only there for three nights! Also pop the WiFi info in the welcome pack or info booklet so its easier to find! We all loved the house and thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Spacious house with a good location to town centre. On busy main road but traffic noise not a concern. Well equipped kitchen and although we had an issue with the oven the owner reacted quickly to solve the problem. Comfortable beds and the property was clean and nicely furnished.

Wow... ... the attention to detail and quality of everything about this property was first class. Owner has thought about everything and the only thing we looked for was a pizza cutter however there were plenty of knives and scissors Finding the house was easy, key collection etc as described, pub just along the way served lovely food and great atmosphere with locals who were keen to tell us where to explore! Maybe the secure garden could do with some better lighting as it was difficult in the darker winter nights to find the dog when he went out however there were torches throughout the property. It really is an amazing property and we will be back!

The house is beautifully decorated and is brilliant for larger families with four comfortable bedrooms. The kitchen is very well equipped with just about everything you would need. On arrival the house was very clean and spotless. The garden at the rear is wonderful and a great sun trap. The communication from the host was very good with key collection details etc. So glad that we chose 105 for our short break in Lincolnshire.

Fantastic property within a 15 minute walk of town centre and 3 minutes to a delightful dog friendly pub that serves great home cooked food. The property has plenty of space and lovely decor with a massive garden which our puppy loved having her zoomies. We were a group of 7 so never got under each other's feet and thoroughly enjoyed cooking the enormous kitchen. The owner left us some goodies for our stay and her lemon cake is to die for we have stolen the recipe from her they made us most welcome. The larger living room has netflix, prime etc to view and the smaller room has a games machine in it. I haven't played one of these for over 40 years so completely lost at pac man Plenty of storage space downstairs which is unusual because most cottages pack it all full with no space for food etc but we had plenty. I would completely recommend this property to anyone wanting to be local distance to amenities and in need of space.

This is probably one of the best houses we have ever rented. From the colour of the decor, to the quality of the linens, and the equipment in the kitchen. A truly stunning house, with comfortable beds and was sparkly clean. Thoughtful touches such as games and books, and the tastiest lemon cake ever in the fridge! We loved our stay here, and didn't want to leave. Everything was amazing.

We had a fantastic stay at 105 Spilsby Road the property is very spacious, beautifully refurbished and well maintained. The rooms are a great size easily with room for a travel cot and dog and whilst we could hear the road traffic it didn't disturb our rest, even with the windows open due to the hot weather. We spent a lot of time in the garden which is a great sun trap in the afternoon. I must add that Nicky is a wonderful host. As well as all the information shared in advance and personal touches bread, milk and delicious homemade cake on arrival! she went above and beyond when I accidentally left valuables at the property. She took time to immediately go to the property, find them and arrange their return. I was so relieved! Overall a lovely property!
