A brilliant place to stay for families. Thank you Nicky for making us feel so welcome. Lovely base to explore Lincolnshire.

Our second visit this year, a most wonderful place to stay. The house is spotlessly clean and very well equipped with everything you would need. Each room has its own theme, and the owner has furnished them to a very high standard. The mixture of colours and patterns blend perfectly. Outside, the garden has an air of tranquility, and a nature lovers haven. Peacocks freely roam the garden, horses graze in the field next to the garden, birds, rabbits, deer and many more are visitors. There are many interesting places to visit in the Boston area, which makes it an ideal base. The owner is very approachable and willing to assist, and deserves high praise for the very high standard she has maintained throughout. We will be back again!

What a fabulous holiday home, it has everything provided and a warm welcome from the owner who is always available to help if there is anything you need. The house is big but still feels cosy, beautifully decorated rooms to a very high standard. The garden is fabulous for a dog, fully enclosed and safe, also lots for children, the owners have provided lots of outdoor games and play equipment. It's so peaceful there but close enough to the town to pop out to the shops if there is anything you've missed, pubs close by for evening meals and takeaways deliver we've been to Lincolnshire before to a quiet village but there were no deliveries available 100 recommended this gorgeous house for any group of people, we were only 2 and a dog, but it's big enough for large family gatherings. The furnishings are very comfy, and there are all the facilities provided, they do ask that dogs don't go upstairs, which was fine for my dog as he chooses to sleep downstairs anyway. We all loved the peacocks that visited every evening and their babies, they came in the garden and were not concerned about people. My dog became obsessed with them, thankfully they are quick to escape. All in all this place was fabulous and we will be back.

A beautiful cottage with everything you need. Set in a lovely area. Large secure garden which was great for the dogs. Peacocks visiting every day, which is a first and rather wonderful. Beautifully decorated. We all felt rather spoilt.

Had a great stay last week, helped and hindered by the heat wave couldn't do the long afternoon walks due to the heat however the excellent grounds were a haven in the sunshine. The house was excellent, great welcome basket from Nicky, and a very pleasant stay indeed. We have already booked for next spring. The grounds are well enclosed for the dogs Beagles unsurprisingly, were very attracted to the horse poo in the stable yard however, so a little bit of netting might be added to the bottom of the five bar gate maybe.

We had a fantastic family break at this beautiful holiday home. It was peaceful, clean, and exceptionally well stocked with everything you could possibly need. It really felt like a home away from home. We loved every minute of our stay and have already booked to come back later this year! Highly recommended

If you love nature, peace and tranquility, its here in abundance. Trees, birds, horses, peacocks etc all within the garden and surrounding stable. The house is stunning, the cleanliness and decor is of the highest standard. Each room has its own style, the kitchen has a farmhouse kitchen theme, and here is every implement you will need. The host is very approachable and helpful and deserves praise for maintaining such a high standard.

The Granary was perfect for our family meet up, it felt like a home from home. The quality of furnishings was far superior to the majority of holiday cottages we have stayed at. The property was in a very peaceful location with extensive gardens and beautiful views. We felt like a lot of thought, time and love had be gone into making the property a very special place. Would definitely recommend.

Beautiful home for the week with lovely surroundings, everything we needed for a nice break

A beautiful luxurious and comfortable holday home. A perfect getaway to bring family together for 70th birthday. As december it was decorated in every room for Christmas which was fabulous. We would stay again.

Lovely house in a fab part of the country. We had a family reunion, members arriving from all points of the compass. Perfect for the purpose.

We recently stayed at The Granary and we had a great time. The property was spotless with everything we needed for our 10 night stay. Our daughter loved the gaming room and the dog was spoilt with endless games of fetch in the secure garden. Highly recommend Anderby Creek beach which was about a 50 minute drive.

We had a wonderful stay at The Granary. Its set in a beautiful, remote location with tranquil surroundings, and it was a delight to see peacocks and ponies roaming freely around the property. Every little detail has been carefully thought out, with plenty of thoughtful touches and hidden extras. It was the perfect place to spend quality time with our extended family. Having rented holiday homes for nearly 30 years, I can honestly say this was by far the best experience we've ever had. It was absolutely perfect for our family and our dogs. The place was spotless and wonderfully decorated, which made us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. Every comfort we could possibly need was thoughtfully provided, making our stay relaxing and enjoyable. The contact with our dear host, Nicky, was also very niceshe was so helpful and made the whole process smooth and pleasant. We would definitely recommend this lovely house to anyone looking for a comfortable, family and dogfriendly getaway.

Absolutely stunning house in a beautiful setting with lots to do & see nearby. The young ones loved the Horses & the nightly visits by the Peacocks. also the games room and the outdoor play area. While the adults loved the beautiful house & gardens which were both spacious & a delight to enjoy. Totally recommended!

The Granary was amazing , without doubt the best place we have stayed in with Sykes. Luxurious, beautifully decorated and super gardens. It was just what we were looking for , very relaxing and remote but near enough to use as a base for trips out. Would definitely recommend and return.

The property is beautiful and you have everything you need to make a perfect stay. The garden is large and to top it you have the ponies. Our 2 dogs fell in love with them. The welcome pack was great especially the lovely lemon drizzle cake. One recommendation is that on booking where it says pet friendly you include that they are not to go upstairs. Our girls have beds upstairs so it meant one of our party slept downstairs. I've put that but if we had known we would never have experienced the great week in your lovely place.

The Granary is a beautiful, spacious property that is spotlessly clean. A large garden complete with swings and climbing frame makes it ideal for guests with children. All the bedrooms are very comfortable and the bathrooms beautifully appointed. We loved the kitchen with its large table, so never felt the need to use the more formal dining room. The two downstairs toilets were very useful, particularly for our small grandchildren and the games room with its Space Invaders and PacMan machines was a huge hit with all the generations. There was a lovely welcome basket of goodies in the kitchen with a delicious cake. The location is peaceful and rural, which is exactly what we wanted and well definitely be returning next year. Thank you Nicky for a wonderful stay.

Lovely property which was very clean. Great communication from owner. The outdoor areas and animals were lovely and great for 4 small boys!

The property was beautiful inside & out. We had a lovely stay and would love to visit again anytime but it would be lovely to visit in the summer so we can enjoy the outdoors a little more. The kids especially my youngest loved seeing the peacocks, horses & ponies! We are a family who love to cook and everything we could of needed was there to hand. Absolutely fabulous!

We had a wonderful stay with the family in this beautiful house. The house is decorated and furnished to a very high standard, real quality and so tastefully done. The house was warm when we arrived and decorated everywhere with Christmas decorations. The trees, lit when we arrived were so welcoming. A big thank you to Nikky for a great stay.

We had a fabulous time at The Granary especially as we had booked at the last minute. Nicky was wonderful and provided us with everything we could possibly need including a fabulous welcome basket which was so very welcome after a crazy drive up from London where we hit every possible road workdelay we could. The house was spotless and that kitchen was an absolute dream to cook in. I had the best time preparing meals for my family and chatting away with my husband and baby. The house was so beautifully decorated with Christmas around the corner that we felt like we were living in a movie rather than real life. Outside we had peace and quiet, our neighbours were some lovely horses and ponies and a flock of peacocks who wander around the property. We had the best time here and we would love to return in summer when our little one can use the outdoor play set and run around. Such an absolutely wonderful house and truly Nicky has provided more than a home away from home.

What can I say but immaculate! When you read reviews and see the photos you have a slight doubt that its not as good as everyone says, however let me tell you its better than you can ever imagine. The thought of what everyone would need or want has been thought of just brilliant. You walk in and find a clean and welcoming home. The owner Nicky was always helpful to answer questions whenever needed, you even get a welcoming basket of goodies on arrival. A peaceful and restful stay not a bad word can be said. We certainly will book again. Thank you Nicky for providing a wonderful house in a perfect setting. Outstanding!

Fantastic place to stay for all the family. Well equipped kitchen and the welcome basket was amazing.Comfortable throughout from beds to the lounge.The peacocks were great to watch along with the horses and plenty of open area for your pet to run.Nicky was of great help and look forward to seeing her next Xmas. We had a wonderful family weekend, everything was as described. Very comfortable, lovely decor which also felt user friendly. We were all very happy to have rented the property.

Well what a wonderful stay we all had at the Granary 6 adults, 3 kids and a dog. We was blown away with what we saw as we drove up the driveway. The garden is lovely and secure and a great space for the kids and the dog to run around in or play games in or chase and terrorise grandad as our 3 little monsters did haha. The house inside is simply gorgeous and lots of room. The beds in all bedrooms were so comfy. Everywhere was spotless. Kids loved the games room. Lovely visits off the Peahens and their babies , loved their regular routines seeing them roosting on the wall in the evenings getting ready for bedtime. Some great places to visit not to far of a drive away. Wolds Wildlife Park 30 mins, Springfields Adventure Land 25 mins, Skegness 40 mins. RAF Coningsby see the Eurofighter Typhoons taking off and landing 20 mins drive. Would love to return in the future. Fantastic place.

The Granary was a fabulous home to spend our family holiday. The welcome pack was the best we have had & the lemon cake was demolished in no time. We could not fault the Granary, the garden was perfect for the grandkids & dogs. We had such a chilled week. We will be back for another great family holiday

What a wonderful place! We booked here for a week together with my best friend and her family and it was simply wonderful. The Granary is warm, welcoming and so well equipped we wanted for nothing. We forgot to bring the iPads for the children and they had so much fun in the garden the iPads were not mentioned all week. On arrival we were greeted with the wonderful hamper and a fabulous lemon cake and 2 families of peacocks. The Granary is amazing and if you want a wonderful relaxing holiday in luxury the book before you miss out! We cant recommend it enough. Thank you Nicky for sharing your beautiful Granary!

Loved the stay and the small touches like the wine and dog treats but the star of the show was the lemon cake that was made for us . The whole family loved every minute .

We stayed at the granary for 10 nights in July, and while there, we celebrated our 10th wedding anniversary! ! It was amazing.. we felt so at home, and Nikki was so lovely and helpful. I am still sulking due to having to leave!! Everything was just so perfect! The food hamper was lovely

The property and facilities provided were excellent, the garden swing was such a hit with the wife we bought one, the games room was a hit wit the boys and me. Nice and quiet location, plenty of space, all in all A. And not forgetting the traditional lemon cake
